PET rigid extrude sheets for food safe grade packing
1. Environmentally friendly thermoplastic product.
2. Does not emit odor after ignition; does not emit hazardous gas.
3. Highly transparent with no wave-like mark or bubble and discoloration on the surface.
4. Grease resistant with good chemical properties.
5. Flexible, lightweight and strong; high resistant ability; high durability; does not crack under pressure.
6. Good insulation properties.
7. The natural resonant frequency of the PET material allows it to be used in acoustic applications such as drum membranes and speaker domes.
Applications:
1. Vacuum Shaping for: Food packaging, toy packaging, stationary packaging, gift packaging. Packaging for hand tools, hardware items, electronic items, electric appliances and car accessories. Most commonly used as transparent packaging.
2. Anti-static Purpose: Suitable for packaging highly delicate and sensitive electronic components and parts, circulation boxes, storage boxes/shelves etc.
3. Common Purpose: Foldable boxes, Collars for garment, Credit cards, PET Sheets for printing use and Dymo labels.
